• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we happily ship to any country in the world!

  Please be aware of the customs fees and restrictions for your own country. Your order may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) on delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over these and cannot be held responsible for any customs delays.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How will my order be shipped?

  Fluff-Buddies ships internationally using Canada Post. Smaller orders (e.g. a couple charms or buttons, one pair of socks) will be sent Light Packet, while larger orders will be sent Small Packet. These are the most economical service options and do not include tracking.

  If you require tracking for your order or need a faster service, please drop us a line and we can provide you with a quote!

• What's the sizing like for Paw Socks? Will they fit me?

  Our socks are an adult one-size-fits-most (US 9-11).
  In terms of Shoe size, that should work for a range from 4 - 10.5 (US Mens').

  If you'd like to compare them to one of your own socks (lain flat), we've measured the soles of our Paw Socks from toe to heel and came up with a measurement of 8.5". They stretch comfortably up to 11.5", with 12" being close to the limit.

  Hopefully that gives you a better idea of how our products will fit you!

• What's the difference between Version A and B for Paw Socks?

  Version A and Version B are separate production runs of our Paw Socks.

  The sizing is the same between these and both are fully knit designs which not rub or fade away with wear.

  The most noticeable differences are in the colour of the pink paw pads and colour of our Cocoa Paw Sock design. Photos are available in each Paw Sock listing.

  • Version A: brighter pink paw pads, darker Cocoa design.
  • Version B: softer pink paw pads, lighter Cocoa design.

  If you place an order with more than one Paw Sock design, we will send socks from the same version unless you instruct us otherwise.

• Can I order a custom design for Paw Socks?

  Unfortunately, we're not able to produce a single pair in a custom design at this time.
  If there's enough demand for a particular design or size though, we'll definitely look into carrying them in the future.

If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
